摘要
目的探讨人工耳蜗植入手术中的手术护理配合要点和规律。方法202例人工耳蜗植入手术,全部在全麻插管下经面神经隐窝入路手术。对护理配合要点进行总结。结果202例人工耳蜗植入手术无1例发生术中配合和护理意外。结论术前借助口型和手语充分的沟通;巡回护士精心的仪器调控和对患者安全防护;器械护士对手术器械特性及手术程序的充分了解和密切配合是手术安全、顺利的有利保证。
Objective To explore the key points and rules of nursing cooperation in 202 cases of cochlear implantation. Methods 202 patients received cochlear implantation via facial nerve recess under the general anesthesia. The key points of nursing cooperation in the operation were summarized. Results None of 202 cases occurred surgical cooperation accident and nursing accident during the operations. Conclusions The important guarantee methods of successful cochlear implantation are nurse＇s good communication with patients by lip--reading and dumb show before the operation, well--managed surgical instruments and safety guaranty for the patients during the operation, nurse＇s quite understanding of the characteristics of surgical instruments and the operation procedure.
