多层递阶方法包括多层递阶辨识、多层递阶预报和多层递阶控制．本 文应用了具有引导变量的模型的多层递阶预报模式对天气进行建模,效果较好．
Multi - level Recursive Method has been attached much weght since the eighties of the20th century and was used in many fields such as petroleum, meteorology, finance,economy and so on. Making a model in the Multi -level Recursive Method is satisfied.
