新鲜人羊膜移植在结膜囊形成术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨新鲜人羊膜移植在结膜囊形成术中的效果。方法采用新鲜人羊膜为移植物修复重建结膜囊,治疗结膜囊狭窄26眼。结果术后1月,26眼羊膜移植区均愈合平整,结膜囊形成良好,术后3月均安装合适义眼。结论新鲜人羊膜作为移植物治疗结膜囊狭窄效果良好,无并发症。 Objective To report results of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation for stenosis of cul-desac. Methods Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation (26cases, 26eyes) was performed on stenosis of cul-desac to reconstruct the conjunctival sac. Results No acute rejection was observed. The conjunctival sac was reconstructed successfully in all cases after surgery. Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation promotes normal conjunctival epithelialization while suppressing fibrosis fromation.Fresh amniotic membrane can be used as a graft to reconstruct the conjunctival sac and it is safe, effective and simple method for the treatment of stenosis of cul-desae.
