摘要
目的:探讨全蝎鲜品炮制与市售全蝎药材中宏量与微量元素含量的差异,阐明全蝎鲜品炮制的科学性。方法:采用发射光谱法测定鲜品炮制的全蝎和市售全蝎药材的宏量元素Ca、Mg及微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Pb等7种元素的含量。结果:鲜品炮制组全蝎宏量元素Ca、Mg含量明显低于市售全蝎药材组(P<0.01),微量元素Cu、Mn含量明显高于市售药材组(P<0.05、P<0.01),而有毒微量元素Pb则明显低于市售药材组(P<0.01);但鲜品组与市售药材组微量元素Fe、Zn含量无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:全蝎鲜品炮制可提高全蝎药材中有益元素Cu、Mn含量,降低有毒元素Pb的含量,说明全蝎鲜品炮制有一定的科学性。
AIM : To explore the influence of processing with fresh-scorpion on element contents in crude scorpion in order to elucidate the processing method. METHODS: Macro-elements Ca, Mg and trace-elements Fe, Cu, Zn and Pb in crude scorpion were determined with emission spectrometric method. RESULTS: Contents of Ca, Mg in live-scorpion group were obviously lower than that in commercial-scorpion (P 〈 0.01 ), but Cu, Mn were higher than that ones (P 〈 0.05, P〈0.01 ). but poisonous trace-element Pb was obviously lower than that in commercial-scorpion (P〈0.01 ). Contents of Fe, Zn in both scorpions had no difference (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION: Processing with live-scorpion has obviously advantage over one with commercial scorpion on element contents.
