摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对伸筋草中的六种金属元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg的含量进行了测定。方法简单,精密度和灵敏度高,回收率为95.8%-106.1%,相对标准偏差(IISD)小于1.7%。测定结果为研究伸筋草的药理、药效提供了有用的数据。
The content of metal elements Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ca, Mg in Lycopodii herb was determiened by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The method is simple and accurate, and the results are satisfactory with recoveries of 95.8% - 106.1%, RSDs less than 1.7%. The determination results offer valuable data for the study on Lycopodii herb.
