摘要
高压水射流具有选择切割和冷加工的独特优点,具有较高的切除能力和效率,并且不改变加工件物理结构和化学成分,是一种十分典型的绿色制造技术,使得它在异种材料的剥离去除或清理工作中独显优势而得到越来越多的应用,通过对注塑螺杆清理的实际应用研究与试验表明高压水射流将在未来的绿色制造和生产中扮演重要角色。
Abrasive water jet （AWJ）has the merit of selective cutting and cold machining. AWJ has high stock removal capability and efficiency ,and it don＇t change workpiece＇ s physical structure and chemic component. It is a green manufacturing technology, that let it more and more using in heterogeneity material wiping off or cleaning up. Through research and test of injection screw＇ s cleaning, AWJ will plays more and more important role in future manufacture.
