摘要
对于难喷溶材料或性能相差很大的异种材料,在其表面很难热喷熔合金粉末。本文介绍应用电刷镀工艺改善材料表面性能喷熔合金粉末的复合工艺。基体与刷镀层之间形成Fe—Ni固溶体,牢固地结合在一起,刷镀层与喷熔层在喷熔过程中形成牢固的扩散结合。
