摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐渐完善,人们的道德观念渐趋滞后,出现了许多不良的品德行为,尤其是在大学生的群体之中,更是如此。本文从埃里克森的人格理论、科尔伯格的“三水平六阶段”理论以及皮亚杰的认知结构理论对当代大学生品德问题的成因进行了分析,并对改进大学生的品德教育提出了相关对策。
In spite of the gradual formation of market economy, moral consciousness in China stays week. Demoralization phenomena frequently occur in the country wide, especially among the undergraduates. This paper tries to explore this issue and advance some suggestions for undergraduates' moral cultivation, based on Ericcson's personality theory, Kilburg's theory of Three Levels and Six Periods and Piadge's Congnizing Structure Mode, which gives some methods to moral training of undergraduates.
