影响炭纤维增强纸基摩擦材料孔隙率的因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用SEM和液体渗透法研究了炭纤维增强纸基摩擦材料孔隙的形成和影响孔隙率大小的因素,结果显示:炭纤维的架桥作用使摩擦材料形成孔隙,随着炭纤维含量增加,孔隙率增大,粘结剂树脂在摩擦材料中的弥漫和增大固化压力使材料孔隙率减小。试验结果对调节和控制炭纤维增强纸基摩擦材料的孔隙率有指导意义。 By using SEM and liquid permeation method, the formation of porosity and factor affecting porosity in paper based friction material were studied, result shown that bridge network of carbon fiber make the porosity in paper based friction material, as a result, the porosity increases with the percentage of carbon fiber. But the penetration of phenolic resin in material and rising curing pressure decrease the porosity of material. Experiment results have significance to the design of technical parameter of making paper-based friction material and adjusting or controlling porosity of friction material.
