主要进行了甘草红枣饮料的加工工艺及其参数的研究;从而使其尽可能与工业化道路相结合,能转化为现实 生产力。
Studies were conducted mainly on the processing technology and parameters for the drink of Glylyrrhiza and red date with a view of setting it onto the road of industrialization and transforming to the actual productivity.
