摘要
目的:构建含报告基因GFP的人生长激素(hGH)的真核表达质粒。方法:利用分子生物学技术,将hGH目的片断连接于含绿色荧光蛋白的真核表达质粒pcDNA3.1(pcGFP)中并测定序列。结果:核酸序列测定证实本实验所构建的质粒是成功的。结论:构建的重组真核细胞表达质粒pcGH-GFP为进一步研究GH在体内的生理作用和病理作用有一定意义。
Objective: To construct the eukaryotic expression vector pcGH-GFP. Methods: Using gene Recombinant technique, the DNA fragment of hGH gene was constructed into the eukaryotic expression vector pcGFP. The inserted target gene in the eukaryotic expression vector was verified by nucleotide sequencing. Results : The eukaryotic expression vector was constructed successfully. Conclusion : The recombinant plasmid including human growth hormone possesses a certain significance for the study of its physical and pathological role in vivo.
