摘要
程序化细胞死亡是生物体内广泛存在的一种生理过程，对维持机体的正常发育和内环境稳定起重要作用，但是，这种有益的生理过程也可产生病理作用．本文从程序化细胞死亡的形态学改变，遗传控制和程序化细胞死亡与疾病等方面对程序化细胞死亡的研究现状进行了论述．
Programmed cell death is a normal physiological process widely existing in various organisms and plays aimportant role in maintaining normal development and milieu interne homeostasis of the organisms,but thisprocess beneficial to living bodies may sometimes induce pathological results. This article provides a systemat-ic review on programmed cell death,which includes morphological changes of cell,genetic regulations,the re-lationship between diseases and programmed cell death.
