摘要
通过对目前高校教学评估中存在问题的研究,提出了一种针对目前高校教学评估的类二级密封价格拍卖机制模型。通过对模型的分析,得出了在这种评估机制下,无论是自我评估还是同行评估,评估结果都收敛于真实的结果。
With an investigation into the problems existent in college teaching evaluation, this paper brings forward a mechanism model similar to second-price sealed auction to solve the problems. The analysis of the model shows that the evaluation result under the proposed evaluation meehanism is converging to the real one in both self-evaluation and peer-evaluation.
