摘要
文章分析了广东省国有林场伐区管理的现状和存在问题,提出了“伐区招标管理”这一新型模式,介绍了招标管理的工作程序,并进行了利弊分析,对提高我省国有林场的管理水平和木材经营效益,促进林业生产健康发展具有现实意义。
The management of cutting areas of state forestry farm in Guangdong province was studied. Management of Cutting Areas by Inviting Public Bidding, an advanced management type was suggested. The measure and advisement of it were put forward. More over, the advantages and disadvantages of it were discussed. This could improve the management of the state forestry farms and made it more standard. The economic benefits of the timber trade could be also increased.
