川渝地区含硫天然气净化技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 川渝地区天然气田多数为含硫甚至高含硫气田,有的还含有较多二氧化碳和有机硫,这些气田的开发需要解决与天然气净化相关的技术问题。中石油西南油气田公司天然气研究院在该技术领域的研究中,已在醇胺溶剂、物理化学溶剂、配方溶剂、液相氧化还原、干法等脱硫技术及硫磺回收技术方面取得了一系列成果,并在天然气净化中获得成功应用。目前围绕高含硫天然气开发问题,开展了多项天然气净化课题的研究。 In the region of Sichuan and Chongqing, the most of natural gas fields contain hydrogen sulfide,some of which have high concentration hydrogen sulfide. Some of the fields contain more carbon dioxide and organic sulfur. The development of all the fields needs to solve the technical problems about natural gas purification. The RINGT of the Petrochina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company has enjoyed some achievements including the hydrogen sulfide removal and the sulfur recovery in this technical field, such as the alkanolamine solvents, the physical- chemical solvents, the synthetical solvents, the liquid redox solvents and solid desulfurizative agents, and supplied to the natural gas purification successfully. Now aiming at the development the gas fields with high concentration hydrogen sulfide, the RINGT has developed many researches on natural gas purification.
