摘要
共产党支持民主党派建设,民主党派通过加强自身建设使自己成为高素质的参政党,是我国政党制度的一个鲜明特色。当前,共产党支持民主党派建设的关键点是:支持民主党派搞好政治交接、引导民主党派新成员牢固树立多党合作理念、为民主党派创造宽松和谐的政治环境。民主党派自身建设必须要解决好的问题是:加强理论建设,深化对民主党派参政规律的认识;增强政党意识,加强参政议政能力建设;加强组织建设,健全工作机制;加强制度建设,不断强化内驱力;增强代表性,扩大影响力。
A distinctive feature of Chinese political party system is that the CPC supports the construction of democratic parties, while the democratic parties strengthen their construction to become qualified participating parties. At present, the key points for CPC to support the construction of democratic parties are to support democratic parties in political handover, to guide the new members of political parties to establish the concept of multi - party cooperation, and to create more flexible and harmonious political environment for democratic parties. The problems that must be solved by the democratic parties are： to strengthen theoretical construction and deepen the cognition to the laws for democratic parties to participate in the state affairs ; to heighten awareness of political party and improve the capabilities for participating in administration of state affairs; to strengthen organizational construction and improve the mechanism; to strengthen systems construction and constantly increase the driving force; and to increase their representativity and extend their influence.
