摘要
新中国成立70年来,中国政党理论研究经历了对西方政党理论的批判否定到学习借鉴,再到自觉构建中国政党理论话语体系的历史进程。这一进程鲜明地体现在三个方面:一是在中国政党制度的理论解读和学理辩护上,“政党中心主义”成为解释中国政党制度形成和发展的主要理论基础,“和合文化”成为制度形成的重要文化基因。二是在中国执政党研究的议题转换上,从普遍性的政党理论到特殊的中国执政党议题。三是在对参政党的性质、功能与结构的研究与关注上,要“把民主党派摆进去”,完整而系统地解释中国政党制度的结构与优势。中国政党理论要完成“从中国看世界”的再出发,还需要付出巨大而长期的不懈努力。
In the 70 years since the founding of the PRC,the study of Chinese political party theo ries has gone through the historical process of critically negating western political party theories to learning from them,and then to consciously constructing the discourse system of Chinese political party theories.This process is clearly reflected in the theoretical interpretation and defense of the Chinese political party system.“Party centrism”has become the main theoretical basis for explaining the for mation and development of the Chinese political party system,and“harmonious culture”has become an important cultural gene for the formation of the system.This process is also vividly embodied in the transformation of the studying topics of Chinese ruling parties from general party theory to special Chi nese ruling party topics.Moreover,this process is highlighted in the research and attention on the na ture,functions,and structures of participating parties.It is necessary to“put democratic parties in”and explain the structure and advantages of the Chinese political party system completely and systemati cally.However,the completion of the theory of“perceiving the world from China”again still requires great and long term unremitting efforts.
