摘要
对规范中推荐的钢梁-钢管混凝土柱穿心节点进行了力学性能研究,包括进行4个比例为1∶3的节点模型静力试验,量测节点区变形、梁端挠度、M-θ曲线等;用ANSYS建模进行有限元分析,利用试验结果对模型的适用性进行了评价;并采用有限元模型分析截面尺寸、梁柱线刚度比、轴压比等因素对节点刚度的影响;最后对该节点的适用性进行了探讨,并对其构造提出改进意见。
It was conducted the study of the mechanical behavior of continuous web plate joint of steel beam to CFST column. Firstly, four 1 : 3 scale joints were tested by using static test method, and it was gained that the transmutation state of connection areas, the load-beam end deflection curve and the moment-rotation(M-θ) curve. Secondly, a finite element study on the joint was made by using ANSYS. To verify the accuracy of the analytical models, results were compared to the previous test data. In addition, it was also analyzed the effects of the sections of beam and column, the proportion of rigidity per unit length of beam to column, the pulldown ratio on the stiffness of joint. Finally, the applicability of this type of joint was explored, and some advice of improving its structure was brought forward.
