某超高层塔楼结构方案选型及抗震性能分析

摘要 以6度区结构高度228.35m的塔楼为例进行分析研究。通过多方案对比论证了在低烈度区采取不设加强层的钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系是安全且经济可行的;同时根据结构超限情况确定性能化设计的原则和方法,并结合风洞试验及地震安全评价报告对结构进行了小震弹性反应谱分析、小震弹性时程分析、中大震等效弹性法分析及大震动力弹塑性时程分析,按照分析结果对结构薄弱部位及关键位置采取针对性加强措施,以确保结构可以实现预定的性能目标及良好的抗震性能;最后着重研究了竖向变形差对主要构件的内力影响。 Take the tower with a structural height of 228.35m in the 6-degree zone as an example for analysis.It is proved that the reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system without strengthening story is safe and economic in the low intensity area by comparison of several schemes.Then,principles and methods for determining performance-based design according to structural overrun.,and combined with wind tunnel test and seismic safety evaluation report,the elastic response spectrum analysis,elastic time-history analysis,equivalent elastic method analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis of large earthquake are carried out for the structure.Based on the analysis results,targeted strengthening measures are taken for the weak parts and key positions of the structure to ensure that the structure can achieve the predetermined performance goals and good seismic performance.Finally,the influence of vertical deformation difference on the internal force of main components is emphatically studied.
