摘要
我国农药使用状况十分不堪,对农村生态环境及广大农民的身体健康造成严重影响,究其根源,农药管理体系不健全,生物农药发展滞后及农民的低物质文化水平是主要原因;要解决此问题,必须从这3方面着手,逐步完善农药管理体系,大力发展生物农药,积极促进农村经济和教育的发展。
The pesticide use in our country is very backward,which has seriously influenced the rural eco-environment and the health of farmers.The imperfect pesticide management system ,the backward development of biological pesticide ,the low material and educational standard of the farmers are the main causes. To solve the problems,should start form the following three aspects：improing the pesticide management system gradually;developing the biological pesticide vigorously ;promoting the economic and educational development in the countryside.
