摘要
本文就化学农药所面临的舆论方面的挑战进行了分析，对化学与生命科学，化学农药与生态平衡，以及生物农药和化学农药的关系等问题作了论述，并从近几十年来农药毒理学（包括环境毒理学）的研究，高效安全性农药的发展，新型化学农药的分子水平研究开发技术以及农药应用工艺学的长足进步等方面指出，农药和化学防治技术仍将继续发展进步，前景广阔。文章指出，病虫害的防治手段应该是多样化的，各种防治手段之间的关系应该是互补的而不是排他的，在可预见的历史时期内，农药和化学防治法仍将是病虫害防治战线上的主力军。
The public challenge to pesticides were analyzed and critisized following from the disscusion on relationships between chemistry and biological sciences.pesticides and ecological balance and chemical pesticides and biological agents.The great advances which have been made in previous decades in every field of pesticide science such as pesticide toxicology(including environmental toxicology), development of safe and highly efficacious pesticides.novel pesticide molecules invented by QSAR-techniques and pesticide application technology were reviewed. It led to a clear conclusion that chemical pesticides and its use in crop protection will keep a strong and sustained tendency in progress and advancement with a glorious future.Emphasis was given to the following main points that the measures for crop protection should be considered as a diversified system. in which the relationship between different methods is complementary but not exclusive with each other,however,chemical protection will undoubtedly still be the main principal force in the sustained struggle with agricultural pests in the foreseeable future.
