摘要
通过对峰谷分时电价实施的特性和效益分析对上海电网用电特性产生的影响进行了描述。列举了不同行业、代表企业在电价政策实施后产生的不同程度的实效效果,对其在削峰填谷方面产生的作用以及技术经济效益进行了评价和分析。
Through analyzing the characteristics of the time-of-use （TOU） electricity price and benefits it achieved, the influence of the TOU price on the power consumption of Shanghai Power Grid is explained. The different effects achieved by enterprises of different industries after implementing the TOU price policy are introduced, and the role that the TOU price plays in peak averting and valley filling, as well as its technical and economic benefits are analyzed and evaluated.
