摘要
为了解决目前成都地区用电紧张及能源紧缺问题,提出了电力需求侧管理策略.描述了成都电网电力需求现状及实施电力需求侧管理的必要性.针对电网存在的问题,提出了成都电网电力需求侧管理措施方案.
In order to solve problems of power shortage and energy sources lack,suggestion on DSM(demand side management) is proposed.Status quo on power demand of power network and the necessary of carrying out DSM are described.According to the existing problems of power network,the suggestion on DSM of power network of Chengdu is put forward.
