摘要
采用访谈法、问卷调查法,从我国社会体育指导员指导活动的组织、服务方式、指导场所、激励与约束机制等方面,了解我国社会体育指导员使用状况。结果表明:我国社会体育指导员主要依赖各级体育行政部门的信息获得提供指导的机会,主要采用义务服务的方式在体育活动点从事指导活动,激励与约束机制还不健全。建议:构建社会体育指导员组织网络系统、完善管理信息网络系统、鼓励志愿服务、加快职业资格证书制度的建立。
It used the methods of interview and questionnaire to know well the employ condition of social sports instructors in ore country from the aspects of the organization of their instructive activities, service form, places for instruction, inspiring and restrictive mechanism etc. The results show that the social sports instructors of our country mainly depend on the information of sports administrative departments at different levels for acquiring the opportunities to provide instruction and engage in instructive activities in sports activity places mainly in a voluntary service way, which indicates that the inspiring and restrictive mechanism is imperfect. Therefore, it proposed setting up a net system of social sports instructors organization, perfecting a net system of managing information, encouraging voluntary service and speeding up the establishment of professional qualification system.
