摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒组织显像在小儿贫血心脏改变中的应用价值。方法:采用彩色多普勒组织显像(DTI)观察25例贫血患儿二尖瓣环收缩期及舒张早期运动速度(MVR-SV及MVR-DEV)和左室后壁心肌收缩期及舒张期运动速度(MSV及MDV),结合M型超声测定左室收缩功能[心指数(CI)及射血分数(EF)],并进行统计学处理。结果:观察1组CI及MVR-SV较对照组差异有显著意义(P<0.05);观察2组MVR-DEV及MDV较对照差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:多普勒组织显像技术可动态观察贫血患儿心功能情况,是检测心功能最敏感而可靠的参考指标。 Objective:To explore the application value of color Doppler tissue imaging (DTI) in children with anemia, Methods:The velocity of mitral valve ring and the left ventricular posterior myocardial wall in systole and early diastole (MVR-SV, MVR-DEV, MSV, MDV) was observed by using DTI in 25 children with anemia. The function of left ventricle include cardiac index (CI) and ejection fraction (EF) was measured combined with M-Doppler. Each was compared with file paired control group dynamically. Results: CI and MVR- SV of the first group were significandy higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05), MVR-DEV and MDV of the second group were signifi- candy lower than the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: DTI technology could observe cardiac function of the children with anemia, and it is a sensitive and reliable referential criteria in evaluating cardiac function.
