摘要
取杭州四堡污水厂的活性污泥和浙江工业大学校内上塘河边的污泥,用GCI培养基分离纯化后筛选出了能产生絮凝剂的菌种两株(记为L2和T2),并以对高岭土悬液的絮凝效果为基准,研究了产生微生物絮凝剂的优化条件。结果表明:在温度为30℃、pH为5~7、L2和T2的培养时间分别为60h和36h、菌种发酵液的投量为1mL/100mL时絮凝效果最好。应用该絮凝剂处理印染废水的试验结果表明,对SS、色度的去除率较高,并使活性污泥的沉降性能得到了明显改善。
Activated sludge and silt were taken respectively from Hangzhou Sibao Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Shangtang River located in Zhejiang University of Technology. Two strains of mi- crobial flocculant ( marked by L2 and T2 ) were screened out of the sludge and silt which were separated and purified by GCI. The optimization conditions for producing microbial flocculant were studied by taking the flocculation effect on suspended liquid of kaoline as reference. The result shows that at temperature of 30 ℃ and pH of 5 -7, the culturing period of L2 and T2 of 60 h and 36 h respectively, the best flocculation effect is obtained at zymolytic liquid dosage of 1 mL/100 mL. The experiment was made on the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment by using this flocculant. The result shows that the higher removal rate of SS and color is achieved, and settleability of activated sludge is also improved remarkably.
