摘要 本文在分析SPWM控制、矢量控制和传统直接转矩控制的基础之上提出了一种新型的直接转矩控制方法。其基本思想是由定子磁通给定值、电磁转矩给定值与由状态观测器估算出的定子磁通、电磁转矩实际值进行比较,其差值作为控制算法输入量。控制算法以维持定子磁通为恒值和电磁转矩跟随给定值为条件,决定定子电流大小和相位,进而决定一个预期工作电压矢量,这个预期工作电压矢量由相邻的逆变器6个工作矢量中的两个合成而得,并根据需要插入零矢量,在出现暂态时给出相应处理。由于对定子电流做到了实时控制,使转矩波动大为减小,响应速度得到提高。 The thesis proposes a novel kind of Direct Torque Control (DTC),which is based on the analysis of the SPWM techniques,vector control and traditional DTC. The principle of this novel DTC system is showed as follows. The difference between the reference of the stator flux,magnetic torque and the instantaneous value of them is used as the input of the control algorithm. The control algorithm realizes two purposes :one is to keep the stator flux's amplitude constant and the another is to make the instantaneous magnetic torque to follow the reference, The algorithm get the reference of the stator current on the conditions that the above purposes is realized and then a predicted working voltage vector is decided which in next step is formed by two adjacent voltage vector of inverter. Zero voltage vector is also used if necessory. Because of the instantaneous control of the stator current,the vibration of the torque is decreased sharply and the responding velocity is improved as well.
