摘要
先用20%的氢氧化钠对棉纤维进行预处理,再用预处理的棉纤维接枝环氧氯丙烷合成纤维素醚,最后用纤维素醚接枝乙二胺合成乙二胺螯合棉纤维。介绍了合成原理和环氧基纤维素醚合成的优化条件的选择,采用正交试验确定了最佳制备反应条件。讨论了其动态吸附CrO42-的不同浓度的吸附率、不同温度的吸附率、不同酸度的吸附率、不同流速的吸附率及不同吸附次数等吸附性能。
In this paper, the cellulose fiber is tackled with the sodium hydroxide of 20 % first, and then the cellulose-ether is synthesized by the pretreated cotton cellulose, finally ethylenediamine is grafted to the cellulose-ether and the ethylenediamine chelating cotton cellulose (ECCC) is made. The principle, the optimizing method and the techniques are introduced and the adsorptive characteristics of ECCC; for CrO4^2- of dynamic state are studied. The adsorption rate of different concentration, different temperature and different acidity etc. are discussed.
