摘要
和谐社会的本质特征在于社会主义物质文明、精神文明和政治文明的和谐发展,在于社会的可持续发展,因而和谐社会的实现需要一种特殊的理念来指导:具有既和谐又竞争的调节功能的契约理念。培育人们的契约理念,充分发挥契约的调节功能,应成为我国全面建设和谐社会的当务之急。
The substantial character of harmonious society lies in the harmonious development of material, spiritual and political civilization, and the sustainable development of the whole society. Thus it should be guided by a special conceptioncontractual spirit, which possesses both harmony and competition. There is no doubt that it will be one of urgent affairs to cuhivate contractual spirit of every individual and exert regulative function of contract.
