摘要
特殊根过氧化物酶（ＨＲＰ）注入小脑的Ⅲ和Ⅴ小叶的内侧、中间和外侧部，观察标记细胞在猫脊髓的分布情况。注入内侧部时标记细胞主要出现在颈中心核，总量约占全部标记细胞的９０％。注入中间部时标记细胞主要出现在背核、脊髓边缘细胞群和Ｌ＿５～Ｌ＿６Ⅵ层内侧。注入外侧部时标记细胞主要出现在颈髓下部一腰髓Ⅴ层、骶髓前角Ⅶ层和脊髓边缘细胞群。当ＨＲＰ注入至各小叶中间带时标记细胞最多，约占总量的３９％～５４％。标记细胞在各节段的分布情况是从Ｃ＿１～Ｃ＿４节段数量逐渐增加，Ｌ＿１～Ｌ＿４节段标记细胞最多，约占总量的４８％～５５％。从Ｌ＿５～Ｃｏ＿３节段，数量逐渐减少。
he distribution of labeled neurons in spinal cord in the cat was observed by injecting HRP into tbemedial. intermedial and lateral region of lobules Ⅲ and Ⅴ of the cerebellum. When the HRP was inject-ed into the medial region of lobules Ⅲ and Ⅴ,the labeled neurons were mainly seen in central cervicalnucleus (CCN ),about 90%, of the total number of labeled neurous were in the CCN. When the HRP wasinjected into the intermedial region of lobules Ⅲ and Ⅴ,the labeled neurons were mainly seen in theClark’s column ,CCN and in the medial lamina Ⅵ of L5 and L6. When the HRP was injected into the lat-eral region of these two lobules,the labeled neurons were mainly seen in lamina Ⅴ of the lower cervicalto the lumber cord, lamina Ⅷ of the sacral and caudal segment and CCN. The labeled neurons were atmost when the HRP was injected into the intermedial region of these two lobules. accounted for about39%～54% of total number of labeled neurons. The number of labeled neurons gradually increasedfrom C1～C2, particularly in L1～L4,accounted for about 48%～55% of total number of labeled neu-rons, gradually redued from L5 to Co3.
