摘要
电力客户服务技术支持系统的建设可将客户和企业有机地结合在一起,不断增加使客户感到满意的服务。从省级电力公司信息化发展现状出发,指出系统应采取一体化的模式进行建设。同时,对系统的总体功能进行分析,提出基于J2EE架构的应用框架设计方案。实践表明,系统可为电力企业的决策行为提供有效的支持。
The construction of power customer service technology support system can integrate customers and enterprises organically and improve services that customer are satisfied. Starting from the status of provincial company information development, the system should adopt the integration construct pattern. Further more, the author makes the concrete general analysis of the system function, and puts forward an application framework design progamme based on the J2EE architecture. The practice shows that the system can provide effective support for power enterprises to make decision.
