摘要
以氯甲基聚苯乙烯树脂与各种叔胺反应制备了不同的聚合物相转移催化剂,通过邻硝基氯苯的乙氧基化反应考察了固定在聚合物载体上的季铵盐烷基链大小以及反应条件等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明,聚合物载体的颗粒度小、交联度低有利于反应物及产物的内扩散,当搅拌转数≥700 r/m in时,外扩散可忽略,季铵盐烷基链亲脂性增强,可提高催化剂的反应活性。本实验得到的邻硝基苯乙醚收率为93.6%,纯度为97.4%,经精馏分离后得99.5%的产品。
A variety of polymeric phase transfer catalysts with quaternary ammonium active center was synthesized by means of quarterisation of tertiary amine and chloromethylated polystyrene polymer. The effects of catalyst structure on the catalytic activity were examined in the ethoxylated reaction of o-nitrochlorobenzene, ethanol and sodium hydroxide. The experimental results show that the observed reaction rate constant (kobsd) is increased with the degree of cross-linking or/and particle size of polymer decreased, high speed stirring makes for external diffusion but it may be ignored as revolution ≥700 r/min. The lipophilicity of alkyl chain on quaternary ammonium group also showed much influence on kobsd with the same degree of cross-linking and particle size of polymer. The catalytic activity was increased while the lipophilicity increased, this is the reason why ion exchange progress become opposite easy. The yield of coarse o-nitrophenetol is 93. 6%, and purity of production is 97.4%. The purity of production reaches 99.5% after distillation separate. The structure of production was proofed by IR.
