摘要
研究了一种绿色合成己二酸的方法。在无其他有机溶剂的条件下,以30%的过氧化氢为氧源,磷钨酸为催化剂,在不同离子液体[Bmim]Br、[Hmim]Br、[Hmim]HSO4和[Bmim]CF3COO中将环己烯氧化制备己二酸。结果表明,离子液体对磷钨酸的催化反应有促进作用。其中[Hmim]HSO4和[Bmim]CF3COO这两种离子液体的促进作用比较明显。得出的最佳反应条件是:反应温度为80℃,反应时间为10 h,n(磷钨酸)∶n([Hmim]HSO4)∶n(环己烯)∶n(H2O2)=1∶3∶400∶1 760时,己二酸产率为63.77%。反应结束后,将含有催化剂的离子液体相浓缩至一定浓度,催化剂可重复使用3次。
A new environmentally friendly route for synthesis of adipic acid was presented.The catalytic oxidation of cyclohexene into adipic acid was investigated using 30% hydrogen peroxide as oxidant in different ionic liquids Br,Br,HSO4 and CF3COO.Experiment results showed that HSO4 and CF3COO ionic liquids could promote the catalytic reaction.When the molar ratio of phosphotungstic acid,HSO4,cyclohexene,H2O2 is 1∶3∶400∶1 760 and reaction at 80 ℃ for 10 h,the isolated yield of adipic acid is 63.77%.The filtration containing the ionic liquid and catalyst could be concentrated by the rotary evaporation and be reused three times by easily separation of the product after reaction.
