摘要 本文基于帕邢定律,采用数值模拟的方法,计算了放电单元内,沿不同放电路径着火电压的分布情况。结合流体模型,研究了寻址期ACCPDP中X电极偏压,对寻址放电以及壁电荷积累的影响。模拟结果表明,寻址期间,在ACCPDP的X电极加一定的正偏压(VX),能达到较好的壁电荷积累,从而降低维持期工作电压。在理论计算的基础上,本文基于气体放电相似性定律,设计和制作了ACCPDP放大单元。拍摄了ACCPDP寻址放电过程,并研究了不同VX偏压对于寻址放电影响。实验得到的放电过程中光发射分布,也间接证明了模拟结果的正确性。 The firing voltage distributions along different paths in AC coplanar plasma display panel (ACCPDP) were numerically simulated using Paschen' s Law. Influence of various X electrode voltages on the addressing discharge and on the wall charge accumulation was also studied. The simulated results show that in address period, a positive bias, Vx, applied to the X electrode of ACCPDP considerably improves surface charge accumulation and lowers the sustaining voltage. In addition, macro PDP cells of different PDP structures were designed and fabricated,based on both the similarity laws in gas discharge and our simulated results.The address discharge and influence of various Vx on the addressing discharge were also experimentally studied, with good results confirming the validity of our simulation.
