摘要 针对长输管道现场环焊缝探伤采用的超声波和射线等方法,指出其检测原理和优缺点并进行了比选,有助于长输管道设计人员和施工人员对两种检测方法的认识和选用。对于国内目前采用的焊缝探伤及验收标准,分析了设计和施工中存在的问题,并提出了一些建议。 Its inspection principle and advantage and disadvantage and its compare and selection are pointed out aimed to method of ultrasonic and X-ray adopted by girth welding seam inspection for long distance transmission pipeline site to aid to understand and selection to two inspection methods for design and construction personnel of long distance transmission pipeline.It analyses the existed problem during design and construction and puts forward suggestions to the welded seam inspection and acceptance criteria adopted by China currently.
