论述了建立天然气输送管线对接环焊缝射线检测质量控制体系的重要性。对天然气输送管线建设中对接环焊缝无损检测国家相关部门的资格认证、检测技术要求以及质量控制要点、控制措施提出了观点及建议,包括射线检测单位人员资格认定、材料管理、设备管理、检测工艺规范制定、检测过程控制、底片评定控制、检测报告管理等内容。
It describes the importance of establishing quality control system butt girth welding X-ray weld seam inspection to natural gas transmission pipeline It puts forward opinion and suggestion to qualification approval,inspection technical requirements and quality key and control measures of butt girth welding NDT specified by State related Association during building of natural gas pipeline,it includes qualification approval of X-ray inspection company’s personnel,material control, equipment control,establishment of inspection procedure specification,inspection process control,negative appraisal control,quality management and control.
