摘要
介绍了以高速单片机C8051F040为核心,基于稳态比较法测量原理的导热系数自动测量装置。在阐述测量原理的基础上,详细介绍了测量装置的构成和各部分的硬件实现原理,给出了软件设计要点,探讨了提高测量精度的可能途径。使用表明,该仪器可快速测量常温下的硬质圆柱型固体材料的导热系数,重复精度达到了5%,具有一定的应用价值。
The paper presents an intelligent instrument of measuring thermal conductivity based on steady-state method and comparison method. The instrument is controlled by C8051F040 MCU with high speed. Principle of each part of the instrument is described detailedly after measuring theory is elucidated. Main points of software design are also offered . Some probable approaches of improving metrical precision are discussed at the end of the article. Practice shows that the instrument can measure thermal conductivity of horniness solid matter in columned form at normal temperature, bringing out repeated error of only five percent and worth widely generalized.
