摘要
“以人为本”在当前社会和教育领域中都是十分热门的话题。文章从高职教育以就业为导向与人的全面发展入手,探讨它们之间的对立统一关系,提出坚持以人为本是实现高职教育以就业为导向与人的全面发展辩证统一的起点与归宿。
It is a hot topic in current society and the field of education to treat human beings as the most important. This paper begins with a discussion of being employment - oriented and the overall development of a person in higher vocational education, and then explores the dialectical unity relationship between them. Finally, the paper puts forward that to treat human beings as the most important is the only solution.
