摘要
目的研究大肠癌中表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR)和上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)的表达以及它们的相关性.方法收集2001～2003年手术治疗的45例大肠癌的临床资料,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测大肠癌组织中EGFR、E-cadherin蛋白的表达.结果 EGFR的表达与大肠癌的浸润深度(P<0.05)和Duke's分期(P<0.05)相关,E-cadherin的表达与大肠癌的浸润深度(P<0.05)、Duke's分期(P<0.05)及分化程度(P<0.01)均有关,且两者表达呈显著负相关(rs＝-0.6466,P＜0.01).结论 EGFR、E-cadherin的表达与大肠癌的恶性行为相关,可作为大肠癌的预后判断的指标.E-cadherin表达下调可能与EGFR表达增加有关.
Objective To study the expression of EGFR （epidermal growth factor receptor）, E-cadherin and their correlation in colorectal cancer. Methods 45 cases of colorectal cancer were collected. The expression of EGFR and E-cadherin was tested using immunohistochemical staining, and the expression features were analyzed. Results In the colorectal cancer tissue, EGFR expression was related to the invasion depth（P〈0. 05） and Duke＇s stage （P〈0. 05）, and the expression of E-cadherin was related to the invasion depth （P〈0. 01）, Duke＇s stage （P〈0. 05） and the degree of differentiation （P〈0. 01）. EGFR expression was negatively related to E-cadherin expression （r5 = - 0. 6466, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The expression of EGFR and E-cadherin was related to the clinical pathologic factors, which may be regarded as a prognostic marker of colorectal cancer. The decrease of E-cadherin expression may be related to the increase of EGFR expression.
