摘要
研究了在MFC中运用OpenGL进行编程,显示MEMS工艺仿真数据结果的方法。对于MEMS工艺仿真数据,提出“剥层法”对其进行排序重组,然后三角网格化,运用OpenGL对三角网格进行消隐,设定法线、光照和材质的处理,重构仿真物体。具体的应用实例说明了所提方法的有效性。
A method about how to program in MFC with OpenGL to display the data of MEMS technical simulation is presented. After reorganizing unorganized discrete point-clouds which are got from MEMS technical simulation by “ Rinding method” and then generating a triangular mesh,the paper indiates how to reconstruct the simulation object by blanking,setting up noumal,light and material. Experimental results show that the method is effective.
