脑卒中后抑郁症患者血浆和脑脊液5-羟色胺含量的研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的了解血浆和脑脊液5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的降低与脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的关系。方法检测30例PSD及33例对照组的血浆和脑脊液5-HT含量并对比分析。结果PSD患者血浆和脑脊液5-HT含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。但在不同的时间脑脊液和血液的5-HT的水平无明显波动(P>0.05)。结论血浆和脑脊液5-HT含量的降低在PSD发病机理中起着重要作用。
