摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定大蒜素注射液中大蒜素含量的方法.方法:采用Hypersil ODS C 18 柱(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-水-甲酸(85∶15∶0.1);流速:1 mL·min -1 ;检测波长:220 nm.结果:大蒜素浓度在 9.6 ~ 153.6 mg·L -1 范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1),平均回收率为 99.75% ,RSD为 0.37% (n=6).结论:高效液相色谱法测定大蒜素注射液中大蒜素的含量测定方法操作简单,结果准确,重复性好.
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of allicin in allicin injection. METHODS Chromatographic conditions included Hypersil ODS C18 column, methanol-H2O-formic acid(85 : 15 : 0. 1 ) as mobile phase, the UV dectection wavelength was 220 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. RESULTS The standard curve of allicin showed good linearity in the concentration range of 9. 6- 153. 6 mL·min^-1 (r = 1 ), the average recovery was 99. 75% with RSD of 0. 37%(n = 6). CONCLUSION The mothod is found to be simple, sensitive and accurate, it could be used for determining the concentration of allicin in allicin injection.
