摘要
研究影响紫外线灯杀菌效果的因素,以便科学使用紫外线灯,采用载体定量杀菌试验进行了观察。结果,用辐射强度≥90μW/cm230W紫外线杀菌灯在垂直1m处照射,对玻片上大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌照射30s,平均杀灭率依次为99.92%、99.89%和99.91%。在0.5m处照射30s,对上述3种细菌杀灭率依次为99.99%、99.99%和99.97%。于灯下0.5m垂直照射和侧向照射30min,对布片上大肠杆菌平均杀灭率分别为99.76%和97.39%。结果说明,紫外线对不同性质表面、于不同照射距离、垂直与侧向照射,所得杀菌效果有明显差别。
The factors influencing bactericidal efficacy of ultraviolet lamp were studied in order to use scientifically the ultraviolet lamp. Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used for observation. Results : Irradiation at a distance of 1 m perpendicularly with 30 W ultraviolet germicidal lamp of≥90 μW/cm^2 radiation intensity for 30 s killed 99.92% , 99.89% and 99.91% in average of Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus on slides respectively. Irradiation at a distance of 0.5 m for 30 s killed 99.99% , 99.99% and 99.97% of above 3 bacteria respectively. Irradiation at 0.5 m distance perpendicularly and laterally for 30 rain killed 99.76% and 97.39% in average of Escherichia coli on cloth strips respectively. The results indicated that the bactericidal efficacy of ultraviolet irradiation on surfaces of different nature, at different distances, in perpendicular and lateral directions was significantly different.
