摘要
实验室试验表明3%过氧化氢与70μW/cm^2紫外线对枯草杆菌黑色变种茅胞有良好的协同杀灭作用。作用5分钟可使杀灭率达99.9%,较单独使用过氧化氢或紫外线为佳。其协同杀菌作用随过氧化氢的浓度与紫外线强度的提高而加强。
The synergetic killing effect of hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet rays on spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger was observed in laboratory. It was indicated in experiment that 3% hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet rays at 70 μW / cm^2 intensity could kill synergetically the bacterial spores on glass carrier (2.8×10~6 cfu / carrier) with a killing rate of 96.46% after exposure for 1 min and 99.90% after 5 min. The efficacy of synergetic killing effect was significantly higher than that of 3% hydrogen peroxide or ultraviolet irradiation (70μW / cm^2) alone. Orthogonal test indicated that the synergetic killing efficacy of hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet rays increased with increasing their dosage and was influenced by the content of organic substance and type of carrier.
