双频激光干涉仪是现代精密测量中最精密的测量仪器之一。文章介绍了双频激光干涉仪的实验内容和方法,以及在实验教学中激发学生兴趣和求知欲,提高学生综合能力的实践经验。
Dual-frequency laser interferometer is one of the most precision measuring instruments in modern precision measuring. The experimental content and method of dual-frequency laser interferometer were introduced, and some experiences in stimulating students＇ interests as well as appetite for knowledge and improving their comprehensive ability were also given.
