摘要
运用文献资料法、比较法与专家访谈等研究方法,以我国职业体育俱乐部的人力资源绩效评估的现状为研究对象,对我国职业体育俱乐部实施绩效评估的动态过程进行了分析,结果表明,动态过程的每个环节的作用,其中绩效计划的建立是绩效管理的起点,是一个确定俱乐部对教练员、经理的绩效期望并得到认可的过程,是整个绩效管理体系中的重要一环。绩效评估的实施是绩效管理的灵魂,实施绩效考核可以避免绩效评估中所存在的缺陷,绩效诊断增强了双方合作与沟通,绩效导入使绩效诊断过程中发现的问题得以更好的解决。绩效结果应用是整个绩效管理系统周期运行的终点。绩效考核结果的广泛运用,将大大提升俱乐部绩效评估的科学性。
With the combination of documentary analysis, comparative analysis and expert interview, adopted the effectiveness evaluation of human capital in professional sport club in China as the research subject, this research conducted a profound and extensive analysis on the dynamic analysis of effectiveness evaluation and indicated the function of each phase of the procedure of the dynamic evaluation. It is found that the establishment of effectiveness evaluation is the starting point that is also seen as the expectation of clubs for the effectiveness of coaches and managers and the process of realizing it. It is the soul of the implementation of effectiveness management. The implementation of effectiveness test can avoid the errors of the other evaluation, enhance the cooperation and communication of the employers and employees, thereby resolving the existing problems effectively. The results of effectiveness evaluation can be seen as the end of the procedure of effectiveness management. It is proposed that the implementation of effectiveness evaluation in the management of human resources can improve the scientific evaluation of the professional sport clubs.
