摘要
2005年,安阳市中级人民法院把建设“学习型、精品型、文明型、管理型、标准型”法院的理论研究作为本年度重点研究课题。“五型”法院的内容十分丰富,其在理论上具有科学性,在现实中具有可行性。目前,在安阳市,“五型”法院的建设已取得初步成就,但也存在一些问题。
In 2005, the intermediate people ＇ s court of Anyang City takes the theoretical research of constructing a five - type court as an important task to do.
