摘要
经试验测定,以远红外线加热80℃作用60分钟,对液体中与浸水布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率分别为63.28%与42.27%;用0.5%新洁尔灭与远红外线加热80℃协同作用60分钟,可将杀灭率分别提高至99.99%与74.59%。在试验范围内,新洁尔灭浓度愈高,溶液酸性愈强,作用时间愈长,远红外线加热温度愈高,杀灭率愈高;
The synergetic efficacy of bromogeramine solution and heating (low heat) with far infrared rays in killing the spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger was observed experimentally. The results indicated that the killing rates of the spores of B. subtilis var. niger in liquid and on cloth strip soaked with water were 63 28% and 42.27% respectively after exposure to far infrared heating at 80℃ for 60 min. Addition of 0.5% bromogeramine to the liquid containing the bacteria or moistening the bacteria-containing cloth strip with 0.5% bromogeramine, followed by heating with far infrared rays to 80℃ for 60 min, raised the killing rates to 99.99% and 74.59% respectively. The tests for influencing factors indicated that within the range of the tests, the higher the concentration of bromogeramine, the stronger the acidity of the solution, the longer the exposure time or/and the higher the temperature of far infrared rays heating, the higher the killing rate. The killing rate of the spores of B. subtilis var. niger protected by calf serum decreased slightly.
