摘要
目的:以综合性医疗机构和社区卫生组织互动为基点,为进一步完善以社区为主的卫生服务体系,建立新型卫生服务系统观,为卫生服务系统结构优化和调整提供理论依据。方法:依据系统科学、社会学原理,采用文献回顾、专家咨询的研究方法建立综合性医疗机构与社区卫生组织互动逻辑模型。结果:成功建立了综合性医疗机构与社区卫生组织互动模型,揭示了互动机制,并提出了政策建议。结论:模型符合两者的互动规律,有利于下一步继续构建数学模型。
Objective： To study the interaction mechanism between comprehensive medical institutions and community health service units, so as to complete the community-targeted health service system, establish a new ideology for health service system, and provide theoretical basis for optimization and adjustment of health service system. Methods： The interaction model of community medical health service units and comprehensive medical institutions was established according to system science and sociological principles and by literature reviewing and Delphi method. Results： The interaction model between community medical health service units and comprehensive medical institutions was succussfully established; the interaction mechanism was revealed and the advice was given. Conclusion： The model reveals the interactive rules between comprehensive medical institutions and community health service units, which is helpful for further mathematic model establishment.
