摘要
本文应用现代控制理论、系统分解与机理建模相结合的方法,对焦化过程进行了模型化研究,建立了焦炉焦化过程温度分布的离散状态空间模型,并进行了仿真研究.并把模型仿真结果与大型焦炉的实测结果进行了对比.该模型具有结构简单、计算量小等优点,适用于计算机实时控制.
In this paper, a discrete state-space dynamic model of cokemaking process has been developed based on the process principle as well as modern control theory and system decomposition technique. The simulation result has been presented. By comparing the simulation result with the industrial experimental data, it can been seen that this model has the advantages of having a simple structure and requiring less computation.
